1 Cappellos Gluten Free Pizza Crust
2 T Pesto
1 C Eggplant Caponata
1 Tomato, Sliced
Fresh Basil Leaves
Preheat oven to 425° and get your Cappello’s Grain Free Pizza Crust ready.
Slather with pesto, add a generous portion of eggplant caponata and fill in pizza.
Top with tomato slices, mozzarella and basil. Be the artist of your own masterpiece.
Bake for 13 minutes.
Remove from baking sheet, slice and enjoy with friends.
