Get peachy, Chef Lisa style, with her signature summer side dish
2 Peaches, halved
1 T Olive Oil
Slice peaches, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
Grill face down over medium flame for 3-5 minutes, until you see char marks.
Break apart burrata and add to the center of each peach.
Drizzle with honey.
Add back to grill, face up, cover with lid and cook for 1 more minute.
Enjoy your juicy peaches!
Chef Tip: Semi-firm peaches are better to use, because they get softer when you cook them. If the peach is overly ripe, the consistency will become mealy once you grill it, choose your peaches wisely.
