Clausen's Christmas

Clausen's Christmas was an iconic night. Plates by Lisa brought the food + vibes and the Clausen clan and crew brought their A-game, ready to party! Step inside as we take you on a magical slay-ride through this winter wonderland.



Deck the halls has a whole new meaning with Partners in Crafting producing the details of the night. White was the theme with pine accents throughout, tinsel, twinkle lights and snowflakes at every turn. The lavish table had candles cascading down the middle with timeless table settings, crystal glasses and embroidered napkins with each guests' name. The space was tented with twinkling lights above. Let's get lit!


Guests entered the party, greeted by shots of 1942 as they made their way to the "Let's get lit" bar. Shaking up seasonal cocktails all night, drinks were crafted while hugs and OMG moments were had.


Party goers were decked out in epic, all white outfits. Feathers, flowy dresses, top hats, bedazzled hair, glittery makeup, dapper suit jackets, diamonds, high slits, chic sweaters, thigh high boots and glistening energy had everyone winning best dressed.


Clausen's Casino was open and ready for business. Gambling the night away while Richard Pod Jr. mixed the tunes to keep the hype. Appetizers were brought to you, because why leave a good game when the tables are hot. The Plates by Lisa snow angels dressed in white ruffled aprons and furry (faux) headpieces served up ahi tuna tartare, crostini with labne + pistachio + pomegranate, crab cakes with spicy remoulade, grilled polenta with tomatoes and goat cheese, heirloom bruschetta with burrata and seasonal charcuterie.


The party was poppin', the music was boppin' and Chef Lisa was cookin' up a feast.

A special treat for dessert. We lit up the night with an epic sparkler parade, and we mean PARADE. The Plates by Lisa team accompanied by a hyped party crew posse, filled the tent with sparklers, singing happy birthday to the queen + hostess herself, Jess Clausen. 20 sparklers, 60 friends singing happy birthday, and Kygo beats had everyone dancing around for the vibiest moment, EVER.


The night continued with more gambling, more dancing, an ornamental dessert tree, hot toddies, photo booth moments, ice shots, and more sparklers.
