Chili-Lime Shrimp Lollipops

The perfect party starter, fresh off the grill


Serves 8-10


Ingredients:

  • 1lb. Shrimp (peeled + deveined)

  • 1/2 t Chili Powder

  • 1/2 t Salt

  • 2 Limes, juiced

  • 1 T Olive Oil

  • Cilantro (optional garnish)

  • 1 Pack Small Bamboo Skewers

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry shrimp.

  2. Add to a bowl or large Ziploc bag for marinating.

  3. Add remaining ingredients, coat shrimp throughly and let marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes.

  4. In a large or on the grill, cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side (4 minutes total), until they pink up.

  5. Skewer onto skewers and garnish with cilantro for the perfect party appetizer.
