The perfect party starter, fresh off the grill
1lb. Shrimp (peeled + deveined)
1/2 t Chili Powder
1/2 t Salt
2 Limes, juiced
1 T Olive Oil
Cilantro (optional garnish)
1 Pack Small Bamboo Skewers
Wash and dry shrimp.
Add to a bowl or large Ziploc bag for marinating.
Add remaining ingredients, coat shrimp throughly and let marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes.
In a large or on the grill, cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side (4 minutes total), until they pink up.
Skewer onto skewers and garnish with cilantro for the perfect party appetizer.
